AffiASSAY® Ethanol Assay Kit
An enzymatic spectrophotometric assay for the quantitative determination of ethanol in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other laboratory samples. Ethanol is converted enzymatically, generating NADH, and the resulting increase in absorbance at 340 nm is proportional to the ethanol concentration.
