For quantitative determination of free and total sialic acid (NANA) and evaluation of drug effects on sialic acid. Key Features: Sensitive and accurate. Use as little as 60 µL samples. Linear detection range in 96-well plate: 5 to 1000 µM sialic acid for colorimetric assays and 0.5 to 100 µM for fluorimetric assays. Method: OD549nm, or FL555/585nm.
