Linear detection range: 4 to 400 µM citrate for colorimetric assays and 0.5 to 40 µM for fluorimetric assays. Convenient and high-throughput. Homogeneous "mix-incubate-measure" type assay. Can be readily automated on HTS liquid handling systems for processing thousands of samples per day. Method: OD570nm, or FL530/585nm. Samples: Serum, plasma, agriculture etc. Species: All.
